One such case reached our firm in the form of a residence permit for exceptional circumstances based on training (second phase) / arraigo para la formación in Spanish, with several factors that suggested a possible refusal. The case also presented specific difficulties in key elements related to the training programme chosen to obtain the residence permit. The educational centre where the studies had been completed did not have full official recognition, which could cast doubt on the programme’s validity for immigration purposes. These circumstances increased the risk of rejection and demanded an especially careful legal approach to demonstrate the real validity of the training and its compliance with the legal framework of the arraigo para la formación residence.
We carried out an exhaustive review, detailed legal analysis, and prepared supporting arguments. Every detail was checked, every questionable aspect was explained and contextualised, and every argument was supported with sound legal and documentary evidence.

Our team had prepared various legal arguments and responses in anticipation of a possible request for additional information from the Immigration Office. However, that preparation ultimately proved unnecessary.
The favourable decision arrived directly, recognising the client’s rights and validating the legal work carried out.
