The batch number corresponding to your card can be found on the receipt you were given at the police station on the day of your fingerprinting and document submission. The batch number follows this format: 2024/XXX.
Remember that to collect your card, you must request an appointment and bring your passport along with the receipt you were given on the day of your fingerprinting. If you are renewing your TIE, please bring the expired card with you.
