⏺️ Immigration and foreign nationals law ahead of the 2026 general elections
Migration policy, foreign nationals law, asylum, nationality, and international mobility are areas directly affected by the legislative decisions and public policies adopted during each parliamentary term.
For this reason, as the electoral manifestos for the 2026 general elections are published, ARC Legal will analyze the proposals of the main political parties on immigration and foreign nationals law.
Our aim will be to provide a strictly informational reference that makes it possible to understand and compare the measures proposed by each political party in areas related to immigration and foreign nationals law. Our analyses will be based on the electoral manifestos and official documents published by the political parties themselves.
As the manifestos become available, we will publish the corresponding analyses on our website.
