On November 20, 2024, the new Immigration Regulation was officially published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). It will come into force six months after its publication, on May 20, 2025.
This new regulation introduces a series of key reforms in the management of immigration procedures, aligning the legal framework with social and economic changes as well as the directives of the European Union.
